The Book Club on Queer Horror
Saturday 26 Sept • 15:00-17:00
About
The Book Club is a critical thinking workshop in which theory is viewed as a practical tool for social life, and cultural objects as agents of action. In this talk, George Rallis will unpack the strong history of queer horror through their own research, bringing film and philosophy together. By examining an understanding that channels both queerness and horror as parallel, what will be argued is a potential alternative embodiment of both. The session will be comprised by a presentation and an open discussion. By George Rallis
